Urgently Hiring For Regional Sales Manager (From FMCG/Spice Industry)We Are looking for an Experienced Professional Having sound Knowledge in Sales Management with Man-management Expertise.Regional Sales manager will lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the organization in promoting and selling the companys product range.Location: New Delhi, UP (Lucknow or Kanpur), Rajasthan (Jaipur), MP (Bhopal or Indore) Key Accountability Organize and coordinate Spice sales operations in the Assigned Territory. Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in each geography area. Plan and organize sales projects and activities for a geographical area. Identify potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships. Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands.Preparing the various reports as per the requirement by the management. Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : Minimum of 12 years of experience as a sales leader in FMCG/ Spice brand.Should have Min 3years of exp in Same Role. Experience with launching new categories of products in Spice, Pickles, Souces and Commodity .
    • Experience leading Channel sales across multiple geographies.
