Job Description

    Were Hiring: Accounts ExecutiveLocation: VKI Road No. 6, Jaipur, Rajasthan Position: Accounts Executive Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 YearKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP
    • Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
    • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash & bank records
    • Prepare GST & TDS data and assist with statutory compliance
    • Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
    • Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
    • Assist with monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial statements
    • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
    • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
    • Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel
    • Understanding of GST, TDS,SAP and basic accounting principles
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
