With a focus on adventure, leisure, and offbeat travel, we provide carefully curated experiences to both domestic and international travelers.Job Summary:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to the team. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, you should have excellent communication skills and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Office Management: Manage daily office operations and maintain a well-organized office environment. Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other resources as needed. Coordinate and manage facility maintenance and repairs.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases. Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts, invoices, and administrative paperwork.Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office-related services and supplies. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.Support to Teams: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including arranging travel and accommodation for employees. Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating internal events, and managing calendars for senior executives.Visitor & Communication Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, team outings, and other gatherings. Coordinate logistics and manage event-related documentation.Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards. Assist in maintaining updated records of company assets and other resources.Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry would be an advantage. Familiarity with office management tools such as CRM or ERP systems.,
