With an annual salary of 4,50,000, this role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for student success.Key Responsibilities
    • Provide expert guidance to prospective students regarding admission requirements, programs, and career opportunities.
    • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student needs and provide tailored advice.
    • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to groups of students and parents about the institutions offerings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to enhance recruitment efforts.
    • Utilize effective communication and convincing skills to address student queries and concerns.
    • Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline processes and improve student experience.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in admission policies to provide accurate information.
    • Participate in recruitment events, workshops, and seminars to promote the institution.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in counselling, preferably in an educational setting.
    • Strong skills in student counselling, customer relationship management, and presentation.
