We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant General Manager / General Manager / Deputy General Manager of Operations to join our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an AGM/DGM/GM - Operations at Quick Smart Wash Private Limited in Jaipur and Bhubaneshwar. The role involves: Oversee Regional Plant Operations to Ensure efficiency and quality. Oversee branding and quality control at plants. Kick off discussions & Onboarding of new clients. Training and Development of Staff. Maintain client satisfaction with prompt, reliable service. Optimize inventory and resource usage for cost efficiency. Drive budget management and cost-saving initiatives. Uphold strict quality and safety standards.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in Hotel/Hospital management preferably. Operational management, Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills Knowledge of Linen Management and Laundry Operations is a plus. Experience in Process Optimization and Quality Control. Staff Management and Training skills. Excellent Communication and Problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Prior experience in the hospitality or laundry industry is a plus. Proficiency in English and Hindi.,
