Job descriptionBooking tickets through GDS software and other available portalsLiaison with all Airlines for best-negotiated fares required for our tours/ clientsResolve issues related to airline tickets such as booking problems, cancellation of tickets, and the issue of additional tickets.Maintain Strong PR with all airlines.Analyzing the air tour budget and getting a lower fare than the budget so that we can make more profitsScheduling flights based on customer needs and available flightsCommunicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedulesCollecting payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money ordersEntering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update recordsExplaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticketHelping clients with the travel-related questionWorking alongside the tours sales teamRequirementsMinimum 1-2 years of experience in domestic and international ticketingBachelor or Diploma in Travel, tourism, or any related field.Experience in managing corporate clientsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFluent in written and spoken EnglishAble to work on ExcelRole: Customer Success AssociateIndustry Type: IT Services & ConsultingDepartment: Customer Success, Service & OperationsEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Customer SuccessEducationUG: Diploma in Mechanical, Any GraduatePG: Any PostgraduateNote:- Any inquiry contact us:-hidden_mobile
