Job Description

    AM/DM - Process EngineeringDate:14 Oct 2023Location:JaipurCompany:Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Facility, Tools, Fixtures planning, budget workout, procurement, Installation and commissioning and implementation for new variant/models projects on Tractor / Trans & Hyd assembly , 2. New Variants introduction as per MNPD , Ensure design and establishment of process for new products / models , 3. Process management ( DCP,BOM, ECN, APQP, BOM,) & Knowledge & Application of JIT, KANBAN, Standardization, LCA etc Ensure adherence & improvement in Quality systems - PPAP, Process Mapping & Process flow, control Plan, SOP, etc.4. Capacity planning and Enhancement as per Target and budget workout, procurement, Installation and commissioning and implementation of Capacity enhancement project 5. Lead the Product and Process Change Management of all the Tractor / Trans & Hyd assembly in Plant and Process planning for changes in existing products (including CRE) 6. Lean manufacturing (Lead time reduction, VAR improvement), Value stream mapping to reduce cost of production, Layout Improvements & Shop floor modifications in existing for improving overall productivity of the department 7. Productivity improvement - Manpower optimisation & capacity enhancement.Drive low cost automation, de-bottlenecking & quality cost reduction8.Drive innovation throughout the plant and plan for patents registration to Drive Manufacturing Excellence & Operational effeciency .9. Study and analyse all PCRN to accept for implementation and close as per check sheet for respective Lines 10. Line Process Concerns, Field concerns, Quality concerns resolutions effectively and efficiently11. Revenue and Capex budgeting to improve PQCDS by replacement /addition of equipment with appropriate technology. Monitor & control implementation of planned Capex from need justification till commissioning of equipment and MOP achievement.12. Identify and implement Process improvement and WC reduction in existing Vehicle assembly process to improve overall productivity.13. Quality assurance - build Quality in processes through PFMEA, Mistake proofing, SPC, CAPA, etc. for FTR, ETR & DCE. Resolution of critical and chronic Quality issues Experience 5 to 8 years in Manufacturing out of which 3 to 4 years in Process Engg. / Mfg.
