Job Description

    Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Architectural Design: Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop creative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements, local building codes, and industry standards.Project Management: Take a lead role in project management, including developing project schedules, budgets, and managing project teams. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Technical Drawings: Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD/ZWCAD or other industry-standard software.3D Modeling: Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) to develop and present design concepts and to produce accurate representations of architectural designs.Site Analysis: Conduct site analysis, including site visits, site measurements, and evaluation of environmental factors, to inform design decisions.Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with. clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process to ensure client satisfaction and project success.Code Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local building codes and regulations, ensuring that all designs meet legal requirements and obtain necessary permits.Material Selection: Research and recommend appropriate building materials and systems that align with project goals, sustainability targets, and budget constraints.Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to monitor the construction process and ensure that designs are executed accurately and according to specifications.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects, to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to projects.Qualifications:Bachelors degree/ 3 yr.
