Job Description

    Key Responsibility: -
    • The role involves driving sales for evacuated blood collection tubes, blood collection needles with flashback, and ESR pipettes within the assigned state.
    • Accountable for achieving regional revenue and profitability targets across all customer segments.
    • Identify, establish, and manage multiple business channels, including distributors and direct sales.
    • Plan, track, and oversee sales activities, and take corrective measures when needed to meet targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Key Account team to identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
    • Recognize market expansion opportunities and work towards increasing volume growth, profitability, and market share among assigned clients.
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with purchasing authorities and distributors/dealers to ensure smooth product supply and inventory movement.
    • Maintain structured and consistent engagement between the company and key accounts.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Pharma, Science, or Medical Laboratory Technology.
    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Management from a recognized B-school.
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the diagnostics industry, preferably in consumables, kits, or instruments.
    Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
    • Goal-driven, well-organized, and a collaborative team player.
    • Solid business understanding with the ability to negotiate pricing and handle commercial discussions.
    • Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including doctors, KOLs, paramedical staff, lab personnel, procurement teams, distributors, dealers, peers, and senior management.
