    Dear Candidate,We are hiring!Key Responsibility Area: Discovering Leads Making Meetings Visiting Doctor Clinic Dropping Material: To be broken in 2 parts Retention of Activated Doctors (Own Your Doctors)Key Performance Indicators: Metro / Tier1&2 48 Created Meetings, 42 Check-ins (Attempted), and 36 Met doctors (WeeklyBasis). 8 Created Meetings, 7 Check-ins, and 6 Met-Doctor Created Meetings ratio (4 Onboarding meetings + 2 Enrolment meetings) 1 OPD Clinic every day Monthly 5 Doctors to be Onboarded Activation/retention-handover meetings should be planned(created in thecalendar) onnext/coming Monday itself. Timely Completion of ReportsIDEAL CANDIDATE: 1+ year of experience into healthcare ( Mandatory) Must have worked with gynaecologist segment ( Preferred) Has done atleast 5-6 field doctor visits in a day Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail The candidate should be responsible, self-motivated, creative, capable ofmultitasking, good with deadlines, and possess strong communication andorganizational skills.WHATS IN IT FOR YOU People who join early experience tremendous growth.
