Job Description

    Key Responsibilities of B2D RMThe RM would manage approx. 200 Distributors to drive secondary business on-boarding of distributors.The business and revenue will be booked in LOBs only and cost of the RM will be shared in ratio of LOBs revenue generated basis the revenue sharing matrix.The relationship of these Distributors with the RM be for a period of 16-24 months and subsequently hand over the relationship to LOBs RM once it reaches a defined threshold.Operating model
    • RM can source new distributors which are either New to ABC or New to LOB
    RM to directly handle the distributor for all queries /Business starting from Initiation to Closure
