Job Description

    • Sales Management: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the assigned area. Ensure that all locations maintain visually appealing displays that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively showcase products.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans tailored to the local market, considering competition and customer needs.
    • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance data and metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
    • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team members have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. Provide ongoing training and support to sales teams, enhancing their skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Sales Collection Management: Oversee the collections to ensure timely payments from franchises, distributors and key clients and address any collection issue that arise.
    • Stock allocation Management: Manage stock allocation to stores based on sales performance and demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing stock-outs or over-stock situations.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
    • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
