Job Description

Location: Alwar/ JaipurJob Title: Area Sales ManagerKey Requirements: Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in companies such as Asian Paints, Birla Paints, Berger Paints, Nerolac Paints, JK White, or Birla White only. Candidates currently working with these companies and looking to switch to an on-roll opportunity will be preferred.Interview: Telephonic - Business Development by finding suitable distributors and dealers in the area- Generate sales from retail & projects- Meeting and training potential customers and influencers like architect, builder, contractors, shop keepers and more.- Responsible for P & L of the assigned area- Captain/ Leader/ Coach of the team. - Result oriented.
