The role demands a proactive leader with in-depth knowledge of the construction chemicals sector, exceptional sales acumen, and strong leadership capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Management: Oversee sales activities for construction chemical products, including waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, and epoxy coatings, in the assigned territory. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Guide and train the sales team to effectively promote and sell products to contractors, builders, and distributors. Monitor sales team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, and end-users. Conduct site visits to educate clients on product applications and benefits. Gather feedback from customers on product performance and service to inform improvements.Market Development & Strategy: Identify high-potential markets and customer segments for construction chemicals. Devise and implement innovative strategies to expand the companys footprint in Rajasthan. Stay updated on emerging trends in construction chemicals and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to build a competent and motivated team. Establish individual sales targets and ensure accountability through performance reviews.Reporting & Analysis: Analyze regional sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide detailed market insights and sales forecasts to senior management.Brand Building: Promote the companys brand and product range by participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. Position the company as a preferred partner for construction chemical solutions in the region.Key Skills & Competencies Proven Expertise: Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals industry or a related sector. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, sealants, and other construction chemicals. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and inspire a sales team to deliver high performance. Customer-Focused: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships. Analytical Mindset: Capable of interpreting market trends and sales data for strategic planning. Adaptability: Comfortable traveling extensively within Rajasthan to meet clients and explore market opportunities.Compensation Salary Range: 8 LPA 12 LPA (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
