The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, managing dealer performance, and ensuring smooth sales operations through a strong and trained channel network.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Market Growth
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales volume targets.
    • Drive market share growth within the assigned territory.
    • Monitor and improve key business parameters such as revenue, collections, and deliveries.
    Channel & Dealer Management
    • Manage existing dealerships and build strong business relationships.
    • Appoint new dealers and sub-dealers to ensure effective market coverage.
    • Review dealer performance and implement improvement plans.
    • Ensure availability and sales growth in spare parts through channel partners.
    Distribution & Network Expansion
    • Develop a viable distribution network to maximize reach and customer access.
    • Identify new market opportunities and recommend channel expansion.
    Manpower Readiness
    • Ensure dealerships have adequate and trained manpower.
    • Facilitate product and sales training programs for dealer teams.
    Operational Excellence
    • Track and report sales performance, collections, and business KPIs.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer deliveries.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
