Job Description

    Position: Designer (Textile, Shoe Design, Product Design, Leather Design)Location: Jaipur, RajasthanType: Full-timeAre you a creative mind with a knack for design, efficiency, and an eye for aesthetics We are looking for a multi-disciplinary designer to join our small, dynamic team and contribute to our vision of crafting exceptional shoe products.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop innovative concepts for textiles, shoes, leather products, and other goods. Utilize digital tools such as Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create compelling designs and marketing materials. Oversee production management, including coordination with suppliers and artisans. Ensure timely delivery of projects by staying organized and proactive. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute ideas to improve processes and products. Maintain a strong aesthetic sense to ensure designs align with the brands identity and values. Act as a self-initiator, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.Skills & Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Textile Design, Shoe Design, Product Design, Leather Design, or a related field. Proficiency with digital design tools like Canva and Adobe Suite. Experience in managing production workflows and supplier communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Excellent sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a small team environment and adapt to challenges.
