Job Description

    Coordinate with clients across PAN India regarding operational requirements and service delivery.Act as the primary point of contact between clients and field engineers.Monitor daily activities and performance of engineers deployed at various client sites.Ensure timely submission of reports, inspections, and operational updates from field teams.Follow up with engineers regarding pending tasks, attendance, and service-related issues.Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and client data.Resolve operational concerns by coordinating with internal departments and field staff.
