Job Description

    Leading solar EPC company requires Asst Mgr/ Manager- Solar project sales- Delhi/ JaipurWe are looking out for Asst Mgr/ Manager( Solar project sales) for Delhi and jaipur locations on immediate basisPFB THE JD and the details-We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry and a proven track record and business development. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our solar business.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EPC solar energy sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business leads.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the solar industry.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics.
    • Proven experience of 2- 5 yrs. in business development or a related role in the solar industry.
    • Strong knowledge of solar EPC market trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
