Job Description

    ID: 287 | 5-7 yrs | Jaipur | careersKey Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Documentation: Conduct workshops with clients. Prepare use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Clearly document business and system requirements, particularly in data-intensive environments. Customer Relationship Management: Support efforts to meet customer and business needs. Develop communication processes to manage customer relationships and expectations, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project results. Collaboration & Implementation: Work closely with developers to implement requirements. Guide the testing team during the QA process. Participate in feature assessments, requirements gathering, documentation, and use case definitions. Standards & Best Practices: Contribute to and establish standards and best practices for the team. Conduct independent research on system issues and potential solutions through various mechanisms such as log reviews, system testing, and collaboration with developers and testers. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Technical Documentation: Have a basic understanding of preparing Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) documents.Good to Have: Telecommunication Domain Knowledge: Experience with order capture, CPQ, provisioning, end-to-end fulfillment, offerings, and catalog. Knowledge of TM Forum standards and APIs. Understanding of the product, service, and resource (PSR) model. Process Modelling: Experience with BPMN process modeling and design. Ability to determine solution processes, including workflows and data flows, based on received requirements.Must Have Skills: Educational Background: Bachelors Degree (B.Tech or equivalent). Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Product Lifecycle Management: Proven track record in managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle. Experience with B2B and B2C products. Methodologies: Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Technical Skills: Familiarity with software engineering concepts such as APIs and systems of data mastery. Ability to identify stakeholders impacted by changes and understand their influence and authority levels. Skilled in elicitation techniques to gather detailed information representing stakeholders needs. Ability to ask insightful questions to understand the business need rather than just the requirements. Product Management: Experience working with Product Owners to elicit requirements and manage the Product Backlog. Proficiency in various modeling techniques (process, data, system). Experience writing requirements in the form of Epics and Stories. Ability to manage and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.Preferable Skills: Educational Advancement: Masters Degree in Management. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master. Analytical Skills: Background in analytics and the ability to understand regression models.,
