Job Description

    Project Role : Business and Integration PractitionerProject Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.Must have skills : User Experience (UX) DesignGood to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : NASummary:As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You will be responsible for understanding user requirements and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.- Ensure that the final design meets usability and accessibility standards.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.,
