Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.
    • Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
    • Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads regularly.
    • Present StartupFloras products and services to prospective customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Schedule and conduct client meetings and product/service discussions.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate lead information.
    • Follow up with prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Negotiate with clients and assist in closing business deals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
    • Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
    • Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and sales performance.
