Job Description

    Welcome to A2Zee HR Solutions! We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a crucial member of our business development department, you will be responsible for generating new leads and expanding our client base through effective strategies.Responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest2. Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule meetings for the business development team3. Maintain a database of contacts and update customer information in the system4. Cold calling on data and generate leads5. Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversionQualifications:1. Prior experience in tele calling or sales role2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5.
