    Loan Against Property (LAP) Executive JaipurJob Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience) Attractive Incentives Take Home Salary: Up to 20,000 (Depending on Interview) Job Location: Jaipur Working Hours: 9 Hours Shift: General Interview Mode: Face to FaceJob DescriptionWe are hiring a dynamic and motivated Loan Against Property (LAP) Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, with experience in secured loan products such as LAP or home loans.Key Responsibilities
    • Generate leads through field visits, references, and tele-calling for Loan Against Property
    • Meet clients to understand their financial needs and loan eligibility
    • Assess property documents and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement
    • Guide customers regarding interest rates, EMI, tenure, and documentation
    • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and banks for smooth processing
    • Achieve monthly targets and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily activity logs
    Candidate Requirements
    • Experience: 6 months to 3 years in LAP, home loan, or secured loan sales
    • Education: 12Th
    • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Local area knowledge of Jaipur is a must
    • Must have a smartphone
    • Comfortable with field work and client visits
