• 1 Role** CCTV SPOC
• 2 Required Technical Skill Set** Hardware & networking (Minimum 12th pass with 3 yrs Diploma certificate, Preference for candidates with IT, electronics, or security Operations experience.)
• 3 No of Requirements** Multiple
• 4 Desired Experience Range** 1 to 3 Years (Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or exam/security management is desirable.)
• 5 Location of Requirement Across India
• Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
• Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, IP networks).2. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows)3. Ability to work under pressure and remain alert for extended periods.4. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email).
• Good-to-Have 1.Good technology background2 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.3 Understanding of data security and privacy compliance
• SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
• 1 CCTV & Network Management at exam venues.
• 2 Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds to identify and report suspicious activity, malpractice, or technical faults
• 3 Day to day Operations support for CCTV monitoring at exam venues.
• 4 Check and confirm operational status of all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and storage devices before the exam
• 5 Provide Status update at regular interval for CCTV
• 6 Support any footage retrieval requests from authorized officials for audit, dispute resolution, or investigation.
• 7 Ensure proper storage and secure backup of CCTV footage as per customer policy
