Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION CITY SALES EXECUTIVE (CITY SE)
    1. Position Summary
    The City Sales Executive is responsible for generating business from the assigned city through school trips, corporate trips, meetings, travel agents, taxi operators, and hotel onboarding activities. The role requires local market coverage, field visits, follow-ups, and portal-based reporting.
    1. Minimum Qualification
    2. A)MBA is the minimum qualification required for this position with sales experience of more than TWO years
    3. B)Graduation in the appropriate sales field and having experience more than FIVE years in sales profile.
    4. Minimum Experience
    The above said experience should be in the last TWO jobs of relevant experience in sales, business development, hotel sales, travel trade, hospitality, or B2B field sales.
    1. Work Location
    1. This is a work-from-location role. The Sales Executive will operate from his/her own city and will be responsible for local market development, partner meetings, and field execution within the assigned city and surrounding market.
    2. Payout: Upper limit Rs 30000/- per month.
    1. Key Responsibilities
    • Generate business from schools, colleges, corporates, and institutions for group travel and meetings.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, taxi operators, and local partners.
    • Identify and onboard new hotel properties in the assigned city through the company portal.
    • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and hotel inspections as required.
    • Maintain daily reporting of calls, visits, meetings, leads, and closures through the portal.
    • Support booking conversion by following up on leads and coordinating with the hotel and internal team.
    • Work toward monthly targets assigned by the Resident Sales Manager / Marketing Head.
    1. Skills Required
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Good local market knowledge and networking ability.
    • Ability to travel within the city for business development.
    • Basic computer skills and comfort with portal / CRM reporting.
    • Self-motivation, discipline, and target orientation.
    1. Reporting To
    The City Sales Executive will report to the Resident Sales Manager or any designated manager appointed by the company.
