    PROFILE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a qualified Company Secretary to manage all secretarial, compliances, RBI & financial regulation functions within our NBFC. Professionally managed, we are an equal opportunity provider and offer excellent growth prospects.YOUR JOB ROLE AT 121 FINANCE Handling filing of Statutory documents & returns with RBI, MCA & other regulatory authority Drafting & Vetting of legal agreements Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2014 and other relevant regulations, including RBI regulations, including RBI guidelines for NBFCs Draft and maintain corporate documents such as board meeting minutes, resolutions and statutory filings Liaise with RBI for compliance with regulations pertaining to NBFCs Advise the Board of Directors on key managerial and corporate governance issues Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the companys objectives Provide guidance on Company Law matters including document management and process improvementsWHAT WILL YOU BRING TO 121 FINANCE 3 years experience in NBFC or listed corporate Education - Qualified Company Secretary with ICSI. LLB will be an advantage. Sole Understanding of financial regulations and the legal framework governing NBFCs along with experience in handling Board meeting, regulatory filings Good understanding and experience of compliances requirements (like MCA, RBI reporting etc.) Keen in learning product-based reporting requirements Knowledge about legal terminology and drafting Well versed with Microsoft office and excel Good written & verbal communication skills,
