Job Description

    Hiring Core IT Operations Infrastructure Systems Engineer | Jaipur | 14 Years Exp Location:Jaipur Experience:1 to 4 Years CTC:Up to 5 LPA Shift:Rotational Shift (International Time Zones) Job DescriptionWe are hiring Core IT Operations Infrastructure Systems Engineers with strong expertise in Windows Server, Networking, Virtualization, and IT Infrastructure Support. Eligibility
    • Graduate with experience in Core IT Operations / Infrastructure Support
    • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and IT Infrastructure
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • Active Directory
      • VMware
      • Hyper-V
      • WSUS
    • Understanding of:
      • Firewalls
      • Storage
      • Security Practices
    • Exposure to ITIL Processes is an added advantage
    • Certifications preferred:
      • MCSE
      • CCNA
      • ITIL
    • Proficiency in:
      • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, Office 365
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong stakeholder and customer-facing abilities
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across data centers
    2. Administer Active Directory, WSUS, WorkspaceOne, MDT
    3. Handle virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
    4. Monitor servers, antivirus, IIS, and network systems
    5. Support Windows OS, networking, firewall, storage, and security
    6. Ensure smooth functioning of PCs, Email Exchange, and Service Desk
    7. Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software)
    8. Monitor system uptime and performance
    9. Troubleshoot incidents and resolve infrastructure issues
    10. Coordinate with vendors for IT support
    11. Ensure secure disposal of IT assets as per compliance
    12. Identify/report vulnerabilities and security incidents
    Additional Requirements
    • Willingness to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts
    • Experience in large enterprise environments (10K users) preferred
