Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Retention Executive in a Voice / Blended process. This is a customer support role focused on engaging with existing customers to resolve issues, improve satisfaction, and encourage continued service usage.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or chats.Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Promote customer loyalty by providing accurate information and a great support experience.Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issue resolution.Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.Requirements:Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi OR English and Local Language.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Must be a quick learner with a customer-first mindset.Immediate Joiners Preferred.
