Job Description

    Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)Work Mode: Customer Service (Voice International)Eligibility Criteria:
    • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
    • Mandatory International Voice Process experience
    • Excellent communication skills

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels with clarity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
    • Provide timely, accurate, and personalized support to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate solutions clearly, maintain a professional tone, and simplify complex information for global customers.
    • Capture customer feedback, identify trends, and share insights with the management team to help improve products and services.
    *Shifts & Weekly Offs:5.5 days working*Rotational shifts & rotational offs**Cab Facility:180 two-way cab for male employees during night shiftsOne-way cab for female employees during odd hours
