    Hi,Position: Customer Support Executive (Italian Language Expert)Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Work from Office)Salary: Up to 7.5 LPAExperience: Minimum 1 Year or Freshers (C1 Certified in Italian)Open Positions: 20Age Limit: Up to 32 yearsWorking Hours: Night Shift, 5 Days a WeekRelocation: Willingness to relocate to Jaipur required; relocation allowance up to 8,000/monthAccommodation: Provided for the first 15 daysCab Facility: Available within a 20 km radius or 180/day as allowanceRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat.
    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
    • Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
    • Document interactions and follow up on any unresolved queries.
    • Collaborate with team members to support a seamless customer experience.
    Requirements:
    • Certification: C1 level proficiency in Italian (required).
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support; freshers with C1 certification are also welcome.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
    • Willingness to work in a night shift and relocate to Jaipur.
