Job Description

    Position: Customer Support Executive (Italian Language Expert) Location: Jaipur, Mansarovar Salary: Up to 7.2 LPA Experience: Minimum 6 Months Working Hours: Night Shift, 5 Days a WeekWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is proficient in the Italian language to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, both in Italian and English, and be committed to delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking customers.- Resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.- Handle customer complaints and escalate them when necessary.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Requirements:- C1 or C2 certification in Italian Language (mandatory).- C1 or B2 certification in English (mandatory).- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or a related field.- Excellent communication skills with a clear and polite tone.- Ability to work in night shifts , 5 days a week.
