Job Description

    Department: Logistic Experiences: 05-08 YearsResponsibilities Lead and managed the entire supply chain management process to provide efficient logistics services in all over India. Negotiate with transporters and vendors to optimize costs in alignment with organizational interests. Ensure timely provision of vehicles to facilitate on-time delivery. Execute centralized plans for timely dispatch of finished goods to support the Sales team in achieving revenue targets. Ensure accurate and cost-effective delivery of products to designated locations. Oversee the distribution and transportation of goods from the organization to consumers. Manage transportation and other logistics operations effectively. Maintain effective communication and coordination with unit sales, warehouse, logistics providers, transporters, and buyers. Establish and implement best practices, policies, and processes to enhance operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Plan. and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer adherence to standard operating procedures. Schedule and track inbound and outbound vehicles. Assess and recommend ideal transportation modes based on time, cost, and other relevant factors. Monitor and maintain service logs, safety records, and legal documents related to logistics. Ensure security and accountability of dispatch. Address grievances and identify appropriate solutions. Implement and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures. Monitor and control expenses related to freight and miscellaneous issues. Ensure accurate tracking of transport and provide updates to stakeholders. Coordinate to streamline end-to-end operations and minimize deviations.Qualifications Graduation degreesRequired Skills: Graduate with Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing logistics operations.
