Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess venues, identify potential design challenges,and develop solutions to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.Collaboration and Coordination Liaise with cross-functional teams, including event planners, florists, lighting specialists, andother vendors, to ensure cohesive and seamless design execution. Working on booked projects with planner and customer, and detailing the design. Collaborating with ops team for execution of the event and being present on the day of theevent, accuracy of details Adapt to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes orchallenges with flexibility and adaptability.Creative Design Development Develop and present creative and unique design concepts that align with the clients vision,incorporating various themes, color schemes, and styles. Create detailed design proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and material samples, toeffectively communicate design concepts to clients.Trend Research and Innovation Research and stay updated on the latest wedding decor trends, materials, and techniques toprovide innovative and fresh ideas. Continuously seek inspiration and maintain a creative mindset to enhance design quality andoriginality.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, Event Design, Fine Arts, or arelated field, preferred. Proven experience as a Design Consultant or in a similar role preferably within thewedding/event industry. A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative concepts. A creative mindset with a passion for keeping up with the latest design trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients andteam members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred proficiency in design software and tools. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
