This is a full-time, internship position ideal for freshers who are eager to gain experience in a dynamic IT and consulting environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the CEOs calendar, among other administrative tasks, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.Candidate must done MBA from MNIT , NIT, IIM , IIT collegesQualifications And Skills Calendar Management (Mandatory skill) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Maintaining confidentiality in all matters and handling sensitive information with discretion Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work and documentation Ability to prioritize, plan and execute tasks in a busy environmentRoles And Responsibilities Manage the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO Coordinate with various departments to compile necessary documents and reports for the CEO Assist in organizing events and conferences that involve the CEO Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) Maintain up-to-date contact information for the CEOs professional network Perform any other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO,
