Job Description

    Job Title:Field Sales Executive B2B Software / SaaS SalesLocation:Delhi / GurgaonSalary:25,000 35,000 per month Attractive Performance IncentivesIndustry:IT Software | SaaS | B2B Sales | Field SalesRole Overview:We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our B2B software solution to PG owners, hotel owners, hostels, and other accommodation businesses. This is a hardcore field sales role involving direct client acquisition, on-site product demonstrations, and deal closures.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct door-to-door field visits and local market prospecting
    • Perform territory sales management and area mapping
    • Identify and approach PG owners, hotel owners, hostels, and rental property businesses
    • Generate leads through cold calling, field prospecting, reference marketing, and networking
    • Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings
    • Deliver live product demonstrations and presentations
    • Explain pricing models, ROI, and software benefits
    • Handle negotiation and deal closure
    • Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
    • Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback
    • Coordinate with internal sales and support teams
    Candidate Requirements:
    • 6 months 3 years experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B Sales / Software Sales / SaaS Sales
    • Strong experience in on-ground sales, client acquisition, and territory handling
    • Experience in hospitality, real estate, SaaS, or software sales preferred
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing ability
    • Comfortable with extensive field work and travel within assigned territory
    • Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
    • Immediate joiners preferred
