Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive (Relationship Manager) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various loan products, including business loans, mortgage loans, and housing finance, and will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions to meet our clients needs.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate loan solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Present and promote our range of financial products, including secured financing, business loans, and housing loans.
• Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process, addressing any queries or concerns clients may have.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of various loan products, including business loans, mortgage loans, and housing finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated work locations: Jaipur, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Delhi.
Additional InformationThis is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 4,50,000. The job schedule is day shifts, and the work mode is on-site.
