• Attend Barclays internal Architecture and Dev Ops forums, representing ADS and advise on any changes that should be applied to ADS
• Review Audit requests relating to Control items against the applications within ADS (Barclays and Utility) and agree action plans for remediation, utilizing the Working group if Utility work is required
• Technical escalation representing ADS on the Barclays side of the Utility arrangement as required for major incidents handling
• Continued implementation of target state Technical Architecture to support the business growth
• Define , gain consensus on and continue to evolve and refine the functional architecture that will support the ADS Clearing business
• Across OTC and futures projects to deliver one firm to clients and reduce duplication within Barclays
• Interaction with Front Office Product Team, Operations Management teams, line users, and Technology teams to facilitate all of the above
• Drive excellence in business reporting & analytics
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the functional team consisting of Business Analysts & Subject Matter Experts by monitoring, reviewing and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness in calculations and processing, adherence to controls
• Ensure that systems and services support the daily business operations, foster and facilitate the collaboration of cross-functional teams and activities
