Key Responsibilities- Drive financial & operational excellence by implementing best practices, systems, and continuous improvements.- Develop new techniques to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and optimize resource utilization.- Manage inventory effectively for smooth production cycles.- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality material for customer satisfaction.- Build and maintain a positive work culture to attract, retain, and motivate employees.- Support growth & expansion projects (Greenfield and Brownfield).Must-Have Competencies- Strong Plant Operations Management skills.- Knowledge of TQM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.- Strong in greenfield and brownfield expansion- Techno-commercial expertise.- Strong in Planning, Coordination & Expansion Projects.- Excellent Leadership & People Management skills.Experience & Qualifications- 20 years of overall experience.- At least 7-8 years as Plant Head.- Qualification: BE (Mechanical) post-graduation.Personal Attributes- Strong management & leadership qualities.- Problem-solving and critical thinking ability.- Calm, confident, and analytical personality.- Excellent communication skills
