S/he will develop and implement the companys operational strategy, manage the companys telecom network, ensure that the company provides excellent customer service, manage the companys human resources, and ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the companys operational strategy. Manage the companys telecom network. Ensure that the company provides excellent customer service. Manage the companys human resources. Manage the companys finances. Manage the companys relationships with vendors. Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue those opportunities. Improve the companys operational efficiency and effectiveness. Reduce costs and improve profitability. Ensure that the companys operations are scalable and can support future growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees. Create a positive and productive work environment.Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Masters degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the telecom industry. Strong understanding of the telecom industry and its regulatory environment. Proven track record of success in managing complex operations. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,
