• Recruit and manage insurance advisors.
• Generate new business through field sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and advisors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct meetings and market visits.
• Support advisors in closing sales.
Eligibility:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 05 years of experience in Field Sales / Insurance / Banking / BFSI / NBFC / Telecom / FMCG.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willing to travel locally for field work.
Preferred:
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
• Local language proficiency.
