    Job Title: HR Trainee / HR Intern (Recruitment)Location: Vivek Vihar, Sodala, Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time (Office Based)Compensation:HR Internship: 5,000/- Stipend (Duration: 3 Months to 6 Months) HR Trainee (1 Year): 12,000/- StipendEligibility / Qualifications:

    We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented candidates to join our HR Recruitment Team.This role will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and practical HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
    • End-to-end recruitment for various positions
    • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
    • Screening resumes and scheduling interviews Coordinating with hiring managers for interview feedback
    • Maintaining candidate database and MIS Ensuring timely joining and regular follow-ups with candidates
    Skills Required:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment process
    • Ability to work under targets and timelines Proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude
    • Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
