Job Description

    OverviewAs the IEC Head, you will play a crucial role in disseminating information, organizing events, and implementing communication strategies. Your responsibilities will span event organization, planning, social media management, poster design, campaign execution, and occasional travel.Key Responsibilities Event Organization and Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and execute various events, workshops, and seminars to promote awareness and education. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and other event-related requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the organizations initiatives and engage the target audience. Create and curate content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of. campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Poster Design: Design visually appealing posters, banners, and promotional materials for events and campaigns. Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to maintain a cohesive visual identity. Campaign Execution: Develop and execute information and education campaigns to reach the target audience. Utilize various channels, including digital media, print, and in-person engagement, to maximize campaign impact. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Travel: Occasional travel may be required to oversee events, engage with stakeholders, or attend relevant conferences. Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and schedules efficiently.Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Proven experience in event organization, planning, and execution. Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant design tools. Demonstrated expertise in social media management and digital marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel for extended periods (5 to 7 days) as required.Personal Attributes Creative and innovative mindset. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
