Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-orientedInsideBusiness Consultatsto join our real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential clients, provide information about properties, and generate leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a basic understanding of real estate.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
   • Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database.
   • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
   • Identify client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building
   • Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
   • Answer client queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
   • Maintain a positive and friendly approach to enhance customer engagement.
3. Data Management & Reporting
   • Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the sales team.
   • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property visits for interested clients.
4. Sales Support
   • Assist the sales team in converting leads into successful deals.
   • Keep clients informed about new property launches, offers, and discounts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or bachelors degree in any field.
• Proven experience as aInside Sales Consultant /Telecalleror in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
