Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our companys growth. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our B2B sales efforts, engaging with potential clients, and fostering long-term relationships. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a vibrant team culture.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting.
    • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate information on leads and sales activities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work setting.
    Additional InformationThis is a full-time position with an annual salary of 3,00,000. We have 5 positions open for this role, and we welcome applications from candidates located in Guwahati, Patna, Jaipur, and Chennai.
