Job Description

    Job Opening:International Customer Operation - Sales process Location: Jaipur Sitapura, Mansarovar, Pratap Nagar (Rajasthan) Salary: 23,000 to 38,000 CTC (Includes Performance Linked Incentives) Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced professionals Process: International Voice & Non-Voice SupportJob Overview: We are actively hiring dynamic and customer-oriented individuals for international support roles in both voice and non-voice processes. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication abilities and a proactive customer service mindset.Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
    • Deliver prompt and accurate support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure resolution
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Adhere to process protocols and maintain service quality benchmarks
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Basic knowledge of computers
    • Open to working in rotational shifts
