Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide customer support over the phone to Italian-speaking clients.
    • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service in Italian.
    • Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with the team.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    Requirements:
    • C1 certification in Italian or a Masters degree in Italian language.
    • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
    • Previous experience in a voice process or customer support role is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible week offs.
    Work Mode: Work from officeWorking days and shift timings: 5 days working and 2 days rotational off; 24/7 shifts**IMMEDIATE JOINER REQUIRED**
