Job Title: Jio Point LeadJob Description:
1. Lead channel expansion efforts within the designated catchment area.
2. Oversee and evaluate the performance of retail outlets in the assigned territory.
3. Achieve acquisition and revenue targets for both inbound and outbound channels.
4. Ensure smooth operational setup and management of all Jio Points within the Jio Centre.
5. Take full responsibility for the performance of key outlets within the territory.
6. Guarantee an exceptional customer experience at all Jio Points.
7. Maintain operational cleanliness, hygiene, and governance at Jio Points.
8. Track and manage team productivity to meet set goals.
9. Conduct performance evaluations, training, and development of team members and channel partners.

Work Experience:
• 4-8 years of relevant experience.
CTC:
