Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.Responsibilities-
• Function as Senior SFDC Developer and suggest best-practice Salesforce.com or Force.com solutions to address user requirements
• Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Estimation
• Assisting business users during UAT, analysing and resolving production issues during warranty period
• Participating in new initiatives/projects discussion with business and converting them into an opportunity
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code/LWC Components with best practices
• Ensure the best possible quality of the application
• Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)
• Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging
Required Skills-
• 5+ years Salesforce.com/Force.com development experience with good exposure to SDLC processes
• Strong knowledge on LWC development (parent-child communication, pub-sub, data rendering dynamically, etc.,)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce application architecture, governor limits, and development components such as Lightning, VisualForce, Apex Classes and Triggers, APIs, etc.
• Knowledge on Integration with third party services
• Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse or VS Code for force.com
• Visualforce page development
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
• Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports
• Experience with Agile methodology and ability to handle multiple projects
Preferred Credentials
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (added advantage)
• Salesforce Lightning Component Framework Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge added advantage)
• Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge added advantage)
