Job Description

    • EHS - Related training provide.
    • Cost reduction
    • Maintaining OEE
    • Breakdown reduction
    • reducing maching rejection
    • To maintain 5s of daily basis at receipt Inspection area.
    • Monitor the production and take action accordingly.
    • Responsible for implementing solution of shop floor problems(CAPA) as guided by seniors.
    • Responsible to involve in CAPA preparation & implimention.
    • To set and monitor Machine parameters are as per control plan.
    • To monitor the Poka-Yoke and their uses to operator.
    • To monitor the tool life and change the tool in-line with production plan.
    • Responsible to perform Kaizen & 5S activities in department as guided by seniors.
    • Authority to take contamination actions whenever any abnormality found and inform seniors.
    • Responsible for adherence EHS documents
    • ensuring that the EnMS is established, implemented, maintained and continually improved;
    • ensuring that the EnMS conforms to the requirements of this document;
    • implementing action plans to continually improve energy performance;
    • Responsible to follow the PPEs matrix and make operators follow the same.
    • Responsible to escalate the abnormality (NC, production constraints, problems etc.) information to seniors.
    • Responsible to adhere Management system (IATF16949/ ISO 9001,ISO14001 & ISO 45001) requirements and documents in department.
