Job Description

Manager - Finance & AccountingKey Responsibilities :Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting timelines.Manage financial accounting, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reviews.Drive financial reporting, consolidation, and management reporting activities.Lead accounting and reporting for complex financial instruments, including hedge accounting.Provide technical accounting guidance on IND AS, IFRS, and treasury-related transactions, including derivatives and hedging arrangements.Perform detailed P&L and variance analysis to support business decision-making.Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of ageing/open items.Lead statutory audits, group audits, and interactions with external auditors.Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements.Support treasury operations, cash flow reporting, working capital monitoring, and liquidity management.Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to meet reporting and operational requirements.Support finance transformation projects, process standardization, and automation initiatives.Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence.Lead, coach, and develop finance team members.Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Mandatory Requirements :Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-15 years of relevant experience.Experience in a manufacturing organization (mandatory).Interested can send their updated resume on given below Email ID or WhatsApp number Email: hidden_emailWhatsApp and calling number is hidden_mobile/hidden_mobile
